Trade Counter Assistant

Vibe Recruit is looking for a Trade Counter Assistant for our well-established client based in Merthyr Tydfil. This role will consist of promoting and selling the company's products to trade and retail customers when they approach the counter.

Hours : Mon - Fri 7.30am - 4.30pm

Salary: 12 per h

Duties:

• Liaising with suppliers
• Providing quotes
• Helping customers on the trade counter
• Providing a brilliant customer service face to face and on the phone
• Keeping trade counter area stocked and organised
• Processing orders

Experience:

• Trade counter sales experience within a building supplies business
• Computer literate
• Confident dealing with customers over phone, email and face to face
• A can do attitude and the desire to provide a great customer service experience is an essential requirement of the role.
• Brilliant customer service skills
• Understanding of profits & margins
• Willing to learn new skills
