Bar & Waiting Staff Job Type: Causal Location: Belfast City Centre and surrounding areas Hour rate £11.50 Reed Hospitality is excited to offer opportunities for Bar & Waiting Staff to join our team, serving a number of high-profile clients. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a flair for the hospitality industry. Day to Day of the role: Deliver a high standard of customer service when serving food and drink. Set up the bar counter and food service area according to company procedures. Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders. Anticipate customer needs and provide service that exceeds expectations. Maintain cleanliness and meet health and safety standards in food and bar service areas. Accurately calculate bills and process various payment methods. Replenish bar stock levels, ensuring efficient stock management and rotation. Perform end-of-shift duties in line with company procedures. Uphold a high standard of personal hygiene and professional appearance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months experience in bar service is essential. Previous food service experience is desirable but not mandatory. Excellent team player with a customer-focused and enthusiastic attitude.
