Job Role:  Property Litigation Solicitor Location: Birmingham Salary: £60,000 - £65,000. This Property Litigation team works with a diverse range of clients, from individual homeowners to large-scale commercial developers and landowners. Key Responsibilities: Handle a variety of commercial property litigation cases, providing pragmatic and tailored solutions. Support clients in achieving their business objectives through strategic legal advice. Manage litigation matters from inception to completion, ensuring excellent outcomes for clients. Develop and manage client relationships, helping to further grow our client base. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm and contribute to the ongoing success of the team. What We’re Looking For: 1-5 years PQE in property litigation, with strong experience in commercial property matters. Commercial acumen, with the ability to understand clients’ goals and deliver bespoke solutions. Proven success in litigation, with excellent negotiation skills. A friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ambition, with a keen interest in progressing your career and taking on responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets.
