Service Manager

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our established client who a looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager to run the service department on a permanent basis in Trowbridge. What you will be doing: Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction. Controlling costs for the department Monitoring performance against agreed targets / budgets Manage the recruitment process, as required Performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity. To effectively drive the performance of the Service department. Train and motivate your team and help them fulfil their potential.
