As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts and ensuring that third-party suppliers meet their contractual obligations. You will play a key role in driving cost efficiencies, managing supplier performance, and ensuring that commercial agreements align with the organisation’s strategic goals. You’ll be responsible for: * Managing multiple contracts, ensuring performance targets are met and identifying opportunities for cost savings. * Monitoring supplier performance and handling contract variations to ensure compliance. * Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth contract delivery. * Conducting formal service reviews and managing supplier relationships to deliver mutual benefits. * Supporting procurement activities and ensuring compliance with public sector procurement regulations. What You’ll Need: * Experience: Extensive experience in commercial management, including contract and supplier management, ideally within a multi-supplier IT environment. * Skills: Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex contracts. Budget management experience is essential. * Knowledge: Familiarity with public sector procurement processes, contract law, and performance management frameworks. * Qualifications: A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required. ITIL V4 or CIPS qualifications are desirable.
