You will be responsible for building and updating websites for a number of our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team of creatives. Duties for the role: Develop and maintain websites using WordPress Implement best practices for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to enhance site visibility and rankings Optimise websites for speed, performance, and SEO Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design and development with business objectives Assist in troubleshooting and debugging website issues Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web design, development, SEO, and analytics Support the marketing team leader with design-oriented tasks, not limited to web design Liaising with clients to request website copy, content and assets The successful candidate must have: Proven experience working with WordPress (custom themes and plugins are a plus) Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices Experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with UI/UX design principles Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development Basic knowledge of hosting panels Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Can showcase a recent website you have built Employment Perks: 30 days holiday entitlement inc bank holidays Wellbeing allowance Laid back atmosphere with professional attitudes Bean to cup coffee Apple Mac or Windows setup Modern office environment Pension scheme On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday
