Housing Options Officer

A local authority in Essex are looking for a Housing Options Officer to undertake Homelessness Prevention & Relief duty.

Do you have excellent knowledge of:

• The current housing & homelessness legislation, HRA 2017 case law & guidance
• The housing allocation & registration process
• Landlord & tenant law
• Working in homelessness prevention within local authorities

Yes? Then you could be ideal for this role!

You will be required to go to the office 2 days a week, with a rate of 29- 30 p/h.

Ideally, they require that you have a full driving licence (with access to a car) but please let me know if you are interested either way!
