Are you passionate about building safety and compliance? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Compliance Manager to lead our fire safety, asbestos management, Mechanical & Electrical and water safety initiatives. This pivotal role will ensure that our high-rise residential buildings are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

Are you passionate about building safety and compliance? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Compliance Manager to lead our fire safety, asbestos management, Mechanical & Electrical and water safety initiatives. This pivotal role will ensure that our high-rise residential buildings are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of building safety and asset compliance requirements, including fire safety, asbestos management, gas, electrical and water safety.
- Develop and maintain a building safety case file for each high-rise residential building.
- Ensure buildings are safe for occupation and compliant with relevant legislative requirements.
- Manage the information required for national databases, including fire safety remediation surveys.
- Create and implement a resident engagement strategy related to building safety.
- Oversee the financial control of safety-related budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address fire and structural safety concerns.
- Demonstrable experience in managing building risk and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, fire safety, and emerging building safety legislation.
- Proven leadership skills in a resident-focused environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
