Manage the pass station and oversee the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area Ensure all orders are prepared, plated correctly, and delivered promptly Work closely with the head chef, sr sous chefs, and kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive team environment Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Requirements: To excel in this role,you willneed: Havepreviousexperience asThai Head Chefin a busy, high standard environment.
