I am partnered with a very exciting InsureTech business who are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their rapidly scaling team and take ownership of their recently launched platform. Their ideal candidate would be a seasoned SDM who has solid experience in the following areas: Platform Launches SLA adherence/improvement Frameworks (ITIL, Agile) Insurance/B2B sector experience Startup experience What's in it for you?
