Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • ARB-registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from start to finish
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initial design to technical delivery and completion
  • Prepare detailed design drawings and construction documentation using Revit
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes of practice
  • Mentor and support junior architects and designers
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design or technical issues
