Position: VNA Operator
Type: Full-time Temporary Ongoing
Shift Pattern: Early and late shifts required, including 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (with potential overtime)
Pay: £12.60 per hour

Gap Personnel is collaborating with a valued client in the Kettering area and is seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives with VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) experience and forklift licenses to join their team.
Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an essential part of our warehouse team, assisting with all aspects of goods-in, stock control, and delivery notes. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products/orders while meeting established picking targets.
- Efficiently move stock around the warehouse using VNA and forklift.
- Load and unload goods as required.
- Conduct quality checks on orders.
- Support the production and goods-out teams.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and activities.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
- Adhere to health and safety requirements at all times.
- Note: This position can be physically demanding, with a constant focus on safety, quality, and hygiene to ensure customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Previous experience in a warehouse picking environment is essential.
- VNA experience and any kind of forklift license as conversion possible on site.
- Strong practical skills and understanding of warehouse operations.
- Good numeracy skills; counting is a critical part of this role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Own transport is beneficial due to the location.
