The Typical Responsibilities of our Chef de Partie will be To support the Senior Chefs in the delivery of our spectacular menu To ensure the highest standards of health & safety are always met and that the kitchen is always compliant. To follow, support, push and improve, the highest levels of standards in terms of what we produce for our guests. Train, encourage and motivate all junior chefs, and enable them to progress and learn in an inclusive environment. To be responsible for the control and replenishment of all consumable stock and ensuring that all orders are received in their entirety and distributed and available as appropriate. To support the Head Chef in ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, storerooms, fridges and other associated areas and that they are in line with all current legislation regarding food safety and HACCP. To record and maintain accurate daily and weekly checks regarding Health & Safety and Hygiene.
