Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a proactive and driven Key Account Manager to join their team in Colchester. You'll be responsible for managing key accounts, including multi-academy trusts (MATs), while coaching and supporting the sales team in your region. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building long-term client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including MATs and other high-value clients.
Regularly engage with clients via calls and face-to-face meetings, offering tailored solutions.
Develop strategic account plans to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
Support and mentor sales reps in your region, helping them improve performance.
Work closely with senior leadership to implement regional sales strategies.About You:
Around 5 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with excellent communication skills.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Able to think strategically and work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:
