Looking for an experienced baker on a permanent basis who is looking for her/his next opportunity.
Located in NW10.
What will be your responsibilities?
-Baking awesome products, such as Sourdoughs, cibattas, croissants, etc
What are the must to have's?
-Knowledge of Viennoiserie - DESIRABLE
-Knowdlesge of making sourdoughs, cibatta, yeasted bread - MUST to have
-Knowledge in scaling, shaping and baking - MUST to have
45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, afternoon/evening shifts that starts from 2 pm onwards
On each of your shift you will be provided with sandwich and drink.
