BrighterBox connects bright grads with jobs they care about at high-growth startups, SMEs creative and tech companies in London & Manchester.
The way businesses sell is evolving rapidly this year so - with the aim of staying front of mind for job seekers and companies alike - BrighterBox is on the lookout for a highly strategic and creative marketer who can take over our social content, with a focus on story telling and social selling (mainly on Linkedin) by engaging through insights and research reports. What you’re good at: Storytelling. You can writing super useful and engaging Linkedin posts which connect with their audience (be that eager grads or hiring managers). Design and layout appreciation. Using our Canva templates as base, you'll be creating and posting our social media assets so you'd need to be able to accurately edit templates and share content in line with the BrighterBox brand style. Insights and Trends. Highly analytical, you can spot trends, collate data and package it in a highly readable format as you take over our quarterly Intelligent Insights report that goes out to thousands of businesses. Entrepreneurial. You’re a creative and commercial thinker and want to use that awesome combination to help us grow the business through finding smart ways to engage with employers. You write with personality and can reach out to prospective businesses on Linkedin or by email, with a view to generate leads for the sales team. We’re big on being organised – exceptional attention to detail is non-negotiable. Self-improvement. You seek feedback on your performance and are always looking at ways to skill up. Team player.
Bonus points for: Digital pro. Digital native. You’ve built an engaged following on social – this can be for personal or business. Life hacks are your thing. Finding quick ways of doing things, challenging the norm, ready to share ideas and help shape our business. 12-24 months experience in a marketing, insights, strategy or reporting role.
