Senior BIM & Digital Engineer (Permanent)

Taylor Woodrow is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Digital Engineer to join our team at our Watford HQ. This exciting role is perfect for someone who has a passion for advancing digital engineering and construction technology while helping to shape the future of the industry. Duties Lead the digital engineering function within the team, managing workloads and delivering solutions across multiple projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and enhance digital capabilities such as BIM, GIS, and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). Drive the integration of emerging technologies, such as drones, into project workflows. Oversee the delivery of digital engineering solutions and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. Coach and mentor junior team members, building their skills and contributing to the overall growth and capability of the team Person Specification Proven experience in a similar role within engineering or design, preferably with a focus on Virtual Design and Construction. Familiarity with BIM, GIS, and drone technology is highly desirable. Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and coordinating small teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
