CRM Solution Architect

We have an excellent permanent opportunity with one of our reputed multi national hospitality client for a Simphony Architect. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Simphony Architect to lead the design and implementation of Simphony, a comprehensive hospitality management system, across our client's hotel chain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, deployment strategies, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Dunstable, UK (Hybrid) ## Design and develop the overall architecture for Simphony implementation across our client's hotel chain - Create detailed technical specifications and integration plans for Simphony deployment - Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration - Provide expert guidance on best practices for Simphony configuration and customization - Lead the technical aspects of Simphony rollout, including data migration and system testing - Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions during implementation - Experience in evaluating inventory mgmt. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Proven experience with Simphony implementation and deployment in multi-property environments - Strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality management systems - Outstanding communication and project management abilities - Strong knowledge of database design, API integrations, and network infrastructure - Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices - This position requires occasional travel to hotel properties for on-site implementation and support
