In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and reviewing accounts, assisting in client relationship management, and delivering exceptional client service. We're looking for an ambitious individual eager to grow and develop into a future Manager with our support Key Responsibilities Prepare management accounts and financial forecasts. Assist with tax compliance tasks. Support client managers with portfolio management. Guide clients through transitions to cloud accounting. Supervise and mentor colleagues pursuing their AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualifications. The Successful Candidate Will: Be personable, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships. Demonstrate initiative, particularly in the application and use of technology. Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information. Hold or be close to completing an ACA or ACCA qualification. Bring experience from a similar practice environment. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and, ideally, have experience with Xero.
