Van Driver

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced van driver with hands on skills for a temp to permanent position where you will be required to obtain readings from utility meters across the greater midlands at both domestic and commercial properties, your working week will fall between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. You will be placed on a fully funded 1 day course.

Duties and Responsibilities
You will :
Be responsible for updating your readings and findings in real time via a handheld device
Where necessary arrange appointments with customers and directly liaise with clients on site

Essential Skills and Experience
You will need to:-
Be upbeat, self - motivated and use your own initiative and common sense.
Love the outdoors.
Have a good level of physical fitness.

(A lot of walking is required, and meters can be in hard to read locations.) possess excellent organizational skills.
To be punctual, flexible, reliable, honest, hardworking, polite and efficient.
To have a full UK driving license, not in excess of 6 points.
To have 5 years of searchable history comprising of a clean criminal record to pass screening and vetting standards.

Experience is beneficial but not required as full training will be given.
