If you are a hands-on professional with expertise in Azure, Microsoft Servers, and SQL Databases, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career while playing a pivotal role in managing and developing technical operations. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage a range of technical operations, including cloud-based services (Azure) and on-premises servers. * Provide hands-on support for Microsoft environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. * Maintain and optimise SQL databases, ensuring reliability and performance. * Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. * Liaise with clients, understanding their technical needs and delivering tailored solutions. * Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and effective. Required Skills and Experience: * Proven experience managing technical infrastructure, particularly in an MSP environment. * Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, and SQL Database management. * Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and system integration. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
