Job Title: Litigation Associate/Senior Associate
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Location: Canterbury or Margate
Overview:
My client, a leading Legal 500 regional firm with multiple offices across Kent are seeking an experienced Litigation all-rounder to join a widely respected Litigation team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have experience across both civil and commercial litigation and will be able to manage a busy caseload while also supporting more junior team members.
Duties include:
Managing a mixed caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters including but not limited to;
Employment matters
Property law – including landlord and tenant
Probate and will disputes
Boundary disputes
Frequently issuing court proceedings and attending court
Assisting with the investigation and litigation of complex cases
Drafting court documents, witness statements and instructions to experts
The successful candidate will have/be:
3+ years PQE
Ideally experience across both commercial and civil litigation
Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
Commercially astute and technically strong
Package:
£50,000 - £60,000
