First Option Healthcare PALMS services are currently recruiting forSupportWorkers to join our Talent pool, who have experience in working with complex and challenging behaviour children, adult and older adult with mild, moderate and severe learning disability
Overview of Key skills and requirements for this Support Worker role:
- Experience in working with mental health service users with multiple complexities (1+ year experience)
- Personal care (Essential)
- 1-year PMVA training - (Essential)
- Attend in house bespoke training (Essential)
- Work positively as part of a team (Essential)
- Familiar with Positive Behavioural Support plan (Desirable)
- Licensed Driver -(Essential)
