Linux - SQL - Spanish - App Support - Operations - Trading - A Support Analyst required to support low-latency trading platform, working both internally and externally for this highly reputable, technology driven Multilateral TradingFacility (MTF) from their London office. The role will give the Support Analyst exposure to low-latency trading, market data, order management and exposure to working with automation tools. The MTF invests significantly in technology innovation, is renowned for investment in staff and believes in promotion from within the business. The Support Analyst will: Resolve technical issues by internal and external clients Monitor trading platform, underlying infrastructure environment and exchange connections Identify and resolve implementation issues Work with software engineering teams to improve latency Write basic scripts using tools such as Bash, Shell, Perl or Python Linux operation system support Be involved in a number of high profile projects taking place in 2025 The Support Analyst will have: A degree in a related subject At least 2 years application, software support experience gained within the finance sector Linux operation system experience Scripting experience – Bash, Shell, Perl or Python Experience of SQL ITCH, FIX or Native experience – desirable but not essential The ability to speak fluent Spanish The working environment is dynamic, technology driven and highly innovative. The Support Analyst must be able to work alone as well as working closely with senior stakeholders. Due to the nature of external clients - the desired candidate must have the ability to speak full professional Spanish. This will be put to the test during the interview process. Any candidates that does not speak Spanish cannot be considered for this position.
