The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London, there's a lot of basements involved too - so any experience there is beneficial.

Projects range from £1 million to £6 million.

7 years + Experience Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property Basement experience is beneficial Experience of working for a main contractor Excellent communication and negotiation skills Team Management In return
