Graduate Teaching Assistant Position - Pathway to Teacher Training Location: Bridgwater Start Date: January 2025 or September 2025 Salary: Competitive, to be discussed during the interview Contract: Full-time, two-year program leading to a salaried teacher training route Are you a recent graduate passionate about making a difference in education? We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Bridgwater as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, with a pathway to our salaried teacher training program. About the Role: This two-year program is designed to provide you with comprehensive classroom experience and professional development. In the first year, you will work closely with experienced teachers, supporting students in their learning and contributing to the overall school environment. In the second year, you will transition into a salaried teacher training route, where you will receive structured training and mentorship to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
