We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Bridgwater as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, with a pathway to our salaried teacher training program. About the Role: This two-year program is designed to provide you with comprehensive classroom experience and professional development. In the first year, you will work closely with experienced teachers, supporting students in their learning and contributing to the overall school environment. In the second year, you will transition into a salaried teacher training route, where you will receive structured training and mentorship to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
