D365 & Power Platform Architect (D365 & Power Platform) Brighton & Hybrid Working Job overview: 83zero is excited to be working with a growing Microsoft Consultancy who are looking to add an experienced Solution Architect specialising in D365 & Power Platform to the team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex, multi-product Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. This client-facing role requires a high level of professionalism, providing solutions that go beyond the core Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, including integration with Microsoft Cloud services and third-party technologies. The role also involves guiding the business across various technical aspects of the Microsoft ecosystem and handling advanced client requirements. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with both Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review and validate designs, scopes, and change requests for ongoing projects, approving work estimates as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with expectations throughout the project life cycle. Work with the team to ensure quality in the design and build phases of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Maintain Microsoft certifications in line with requirements and continue developing expertise in related applications. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification is required. Experience aligning requirements with core Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, as well as identifying complementary Microsoft Cloud services or third-party solutions. Experience designing environment and solution management strategies for projects. Experience guiding project management teams on project setup. Experience in understanding customer pain points/project objectives and presenting solutions. A strong track record of complex project delivery using products or services outside of the Dynamics/Power Platform suite. Experience defining complex data security models. This role may occasionally require operating outside normal business hours for software deployment and working on client site.
