Who You Are You're a Video Editor with extensive experience in creating short-form video content specifically tailored for LinkedIn. You possess a deep knowledge of video production processes, including editing, color grading, and graphic integration, tailored to enhance viewer engagement on LinkedIn. You're a self-starter, highly motivated, and thrive in collaborative settings. What Will You Be Doing? In collaboration with our content team, you will: Craft engaging short-form videos covering thought leadership topics, company announcements, promotional clips optimized for LinkedIn. Edit footage to create clear, compelling narratives that align with brand goals and audience engagement strategies. Apply technical skills in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to enhance the visual and auditory appeal of projects. Stay updated with LinkedIn's evolving content trends to keep our video outputs fresh and effective. Essential Requirements 3 years of experience in video editing, with a specific focus on social media content, preferably LinkedIn. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing short-form videos. Proficient in video editing software, including Adobe Suite. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale. Experience working in a digital agency environment is highly preferred.
