Due to business growth and expansion, our client is looking to hire a dynamic Sales & Account Management professional within the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) sector. You will join an established business who specialise in logistics solutions for fine art installations, FF&E interiors, and events industries. As the Sales & Account Manager, you will play a dual role, focusing both on driving sales growth and managing key client accounts. In addition to generating new business, you will ensure that existing clients receive exceptional service and ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include business development, sales strategy execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive FF&E sales and meet business objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FF&E market. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and contractors. Present and promote FF&E products and services to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver customised sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction. Maintain regular communication with existing clients, offering ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns. Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding to project completion and after-sales support. Ensure all client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Monitor client accounts for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services. Requirements: Proven experience in FF&E sales and account management is essential. Strong understanding of the FF&E industry, including products, suppliers, and market dynamics. A track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to balance new business development with managing existing accounts. Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively. Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
