We are recruiting for a floating Senior Lettings Executive to join our client, a leading real estate agency. They are looking for an experienced candidate to assist in successfully presenting and negotiating offers and helping where necessary to progress and manage the lettings process.
Basic Salary: 22,750 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months)
On Target Earnings: 31,750 - 36,750
Car Allowance: 2,000
Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Letting executive requirements
- Minimum of 6 Months prior experience in a similar role
- A full driving license and your own car
