Hardware Support Engineer

Hardware Support Engineer Onsite (Hemel Hempstead) Hours: 9am-5:30pm £25,000- £28,000 per annum I have partnered with a leading managed service provider looking to expand their onsite IT Team. They are looking for a couple of Hardware Support Engineers to be responsible for their clients hardware maintenance and repair whilst intermittently providing 1st line support based onsite in Hemel Hempstead. Responsibilities: Building and repairing hardware (hospitality customers) Responding to technical issues (phone calls + emails) Setting up + configuration of PCs/laptops Configuring printers/cash drawers/tablets Skills: Maintenance + administration of Active Directory Windows Servers (up to 2019) Office 365 administration Service Desk experience (3 years) Networking- LAN/WAN, routers/switches This is an urgent position with interviews happening this week!
