Job title: PPA Cover Teacher Location: Southwark, South East London Position: PPA Cover Teacher (Primary School) Type of Work: Full-time Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing, Long term Contract Type: Long-term Temp Minimum Rate of Pay: £160 - £200 per day Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm We are seeking a passionate and flexible PPA Cover Teacher to join a friendly and supportive SEN Primary school in Southwark. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to cover classes across the school, ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will play an essential role in maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment for pupils, across a variety of year groups. The ideal candidate will have: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent. Experience teaching in a primary school, with the ability to adapt to different year groups and teaching styles. Strong classroom management skills and a confident, proactive approach to teaching. A passion for supporting childrens learning and a commitment to helping them achieve their best. Eligibility Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must: Hold the Right to Work in the UK. Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application. Provide two professional references related to your teaching experience. Hold up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable, but not essential as some training will be provided).
