Were currently searching for a fantastic Assistant Scheme Manager to join us in leading our supported living service in Bedhampton. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people! As an Assistant Scheme Manager with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervisions and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances and day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager.
