Civil Engineer/Senior Civil Engineer Leicestershire REF S0 200 Salary up to £45,000 I am actively seeking an experienced Civil Engineer/Senior Civil Engineer to join a busy, successful Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy based in Leicestershire. You will assist in managing one of their busiest civil and structural teams where you will have the opportunity to be a part of their growing division, taking part in large commercial and industrial projects, such as highway design, infrastructure and drainage designs. It is essential for the candidate to have a professional and commercial viewpoint through having the following: A minimum of 5 years' work experience within an engineering consultancy firm Qualifications of either Meng, BEng, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering Knowledge of technical software with Micro drainage/flow, AutoCAD, AutoTrack and Causeway Live/PDS/ Civil 3D Working knowledge of highway and drainage design standards; Duties and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer/Senior Civil Engineer include: Utilizing design-based software systems for new infrastructure solutions Conducting private and public sector projects Following appropriate UK design standards Design of sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) in accordance with current design guidance and legislation.
