Head Chef

Hours: Permanent; full time
We are looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead our team in running our large and busy College kitchen. The Head Chef will be expected to have experience of menu planning, food procurement and financial management as well as enthusiasm, a can do attitude and keen eye for detail.
Normal hours of work will be 40 hours per week on a seven-day rota including some weekends and with occasional overtime available due to school functions. You will be required to work for 33 weeks during school term time, plus an additional 10 weeks during the school holidays catering for our holiday clubs and lettings programme. Total 43 weeks per year plus 5 weeks paid holidays pro rata.
