Set on the Roseland Peninsula, the hotel benefits from spectacular sea views located south of Truro. The ideal person will have experience within a similar role at a similar level. Salary up to £39,000pa Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to… Managing all day-to-day Food and Beverage operations Deliver exceptional customer service Reporting to the general manager Work closely with Head Chef Management of all staff Establish KPI's, policies and schedules Manage staffing levels and Rota's within budgets Manage budgets and forecasts Food hygiene Health and Safety Staff training Candidate Specification: For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position. We are ideally looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a strong understanding of Bar, Front of House and Kitchen operations and that can hit the ground running. We are ideally looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate the following skills and experience… Strong previous Food and Beverage management experience Experience leading a food and beverage team in similar setting Excellent customer service skills Strong leadership ability Able to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining high standards Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings.
