Videographer/Video Editor Location: London/ Southend on Sea Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) We are delighted to be partnering with famous dance group who are in a growth period and keen to expand their online presence with creative content production. They are seeking talented Videographer/Video Editor to join their creative team. As a Videographer/Video Editor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with their founder who is a successful TV personality and dancer. You’ll play a key role in bringing creativity to life through engaging video content, from dance concept videos and behind-the-scenes footage to brand collaborations and social media trends. Key Responsibilities: Shoot high-quality video footage using professional-grade equipment Organise, shoot, and edit content, including podcasts. Manage all footage and assets for projects. Create content from a brief, as well as contribute creatively when no brief is provided. Make creative decisions to enhance storytelling and narrative. Work closely with the creative teams and clients. Ensure quality control across all projects. We are looking for: Proficient in video editing using the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Demonstrated experience in creating content for social media platforms. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time pressure. Passion for creating social-first content. Experience shooting dance or performance-based content is highly desirable.
