Part-Time Office ManagerConnect Fibre Kensington Hight Street, London W8Hours: 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday)Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 pro-rata (£21,000 - £23,000 for 25 hours) (dependent on experience)Our Company: Connect Fibre is a rapidly expanding and exciting new business offering the very latest ‘Full Fibre’ to homes and businesses across the nation. With broadband speeds of up to 2000 Mbps, new Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service, and costing no more than current internet packages, customer growth is expected to be exponential.The RoleWe are seeking an energetic, organised, and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to support our growing office at Kensington High Street. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of office operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day tasks, and assisting the management team as needed.Key Responsibilities:Office Operations Management: Oversee daily office operations including managing supplies, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the office environment is organised and efficient.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements, and managing calendars.Facilities Management: Handle relationships with building management, utilities, and service providers, ensuring any office maintenance issues are resolved quickly.HR & Employee Support: Assist with onboarding new staff, managing holiday and absence records, and ensuring the well-being of the team in the office.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with office health and safety standards, including maintaining first aid supplies and coordinating any required safety training.Event and Meeting Coordination: Organise internal and external meetings, company events, and occasional team-building activities.Financial Administration: Oversee and track office-related expenses, petty cash, and liaise with the finance team to ensure invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.The CandidateExperience: Previous experience working in an office management or administrative role, preferably within a small business or start-up environment.Organisation: Exceptionally organised with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and multitask in a busy office setting.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with different departments and external partners.Proactive: Self-starter with the ability to anticipate the needs of the office and management team and take action without being asked.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle issues and challenges as they arise with a positive attitude.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and able to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, especially when managing office expenses, calendars, and tasks that impact the entire team.The RewardsSalary £21,000 - £23,000 for 25 hours per week25 days holiday (pro-rata) plus Bank Holidays plus Birthday OffCompany Pension ContributionExcellent Private Medical and Dental Benefits Package£1000 Employee Referral SchemeSuperb Maternity Support PackageContinuous development and long-term career prospectsConnect Fibre offers excellent team and business building opportunities.
