Day work only - Hours: 06:30 to 16:30 (47.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday (hours are flexible to the needs of the business) some weekend work available with prior notice Main Duties for HGV 1 Driver * Collect, deliver and exchange RO-RO bins, travelling between our clients and 3 operational sites * Following driving routes provided by Transport Department * Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects to the Transport Manager immediately * To complete all paperwork accurately in a timely manner * Parking of all vehicles at the end of everyday * Making sure the cab of your lorry is always clean and tidy * Keep in regular contact with the transport manager, yard managers and weighbridge operators at each site Attributes and Experience for HGV 1 Driver * Class 1 Driving Licence (Minimum 2 years) * Must hold a Drivers CPC Licence * RO-RO (Wagon & Drag) experience * You must have good problem-solving skills * Effective communication, both orally and in writing, is essential * You will also have an excellent phone manner * You must always look presentable as the role is customer facing * Fluent English is required Our client is offering for HGV 1 Driver ...
