This varied HR Coordinator vacancy is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or build on, their HR career!

Working in a dedicated HR team of 13, this integral role will involve providing high quality administrative support to the team, including involvement in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment onwards.

We're looking for someone who has a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring that best practice is implemented at all times. This role will involve travel across other offices when required.

As a HR Coordinator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Maintaining the internal HR inbox
  • Ensuring employee data is maintained according to regulatory requirements
  • Generating HR correspondence when required
  • Coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process
  • Providing administrative support for annual processes such as appraisals and pay reviews
  • Identifying challenges and improvement opportunities
  • Supporting the delivery of the people strategy through occasional project work and ad-hoc administrative tasks

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, this business value passion and potential.

Ideally you'll have:

  • A degree and / or equivalent CIPD qualification
  • Previous experience in an HR department or other office support role

Along with:

  • Good working knowledge of Mircosoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build, develop and manage positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
