Quantity Surveyor Role This developer is looking to appoint a quantity surveyor to head up the commercial function on a mixture of brand-new residential developments in the West Midlands.
Projects BASED in Shrewsbury.
Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor: Manage site costs and budgets Monthly reporting Provide accurate cost estimates when required Manage project lifecycle
Experience: 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying on residential development projects. Developer, subcontractor or main contractor background Degree qualified or equivalent Used to manging relationships, subcontractor and reporting cost controls
