Title: M&E Estimator Location: Kent Salary/ Day Rate: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE/ £400 - £450 per day Hybrid: 4 days on site and 1 day at home Type: Open to permanent contract candidates “Work for a progressive Main Contractor with a consistent pipeline of multi-billion-pound worth of work” The Client This Main Contractor operates on both the National and International scale on large infrastructure projects across highways, rail, construction and civil engineering. Operating for over a century, this Main Contractor can offer a range of multi-disciplinary expertise to learn from.  The Role Attitude is key to be successful in this role – developing your existing skillset by being able to learn from Project Managers, Commercial Staff and be ‘hand’s on’ on site. Working on a multi-million-pound project due to last several years – time is on your side to grow your abilities. Providing a vital function to the team, you will allow the Project Manager’s to deliver current projects, while you take on the Estimating duties for future projects. You will act as the central estimating function of this Commercial team, offering you responsibility and independence. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will come from an M&E background and be locally based within Kent. You will work on a mixture of works from reinforced concrete frames to both high and low voltage packages.
