Year 1 Teacher with Key Stage or Subject Leadership Responsibilities Are you a passionate and dedicated educator ready to take on a leadership role? We are looking for an inspiring Year 1 Teacher who is eager to assume Key Stage or Subject Leadership responsibilities in a small school with a big heart in High Wycombe. Key Responsibilities: Teaching a Year 1 class with a focus on fostering a love for learning and academic excellence. Leading a Key Stage or specific subject area, driving curriculum development and raising standards. Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and support each other’s professional growth. Requirements: At least three full years of teaching experience. A consistently ‘good’ or better teacher, committed to excellence in education. Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative. Caring and patient, with a strong commitment to creating a safe, happy, and inclusive school environment.
