The right candidate will have experience in Asian cuisine working in busy sushi sections, Experience in all types of sushi including maki, nigiri, sashimi and being able to switch between styles easily and creating stunning luxury platters that you will be proud of. You will have passion, personal drive and a can-do attitude and will be able to work in an open & theatrical kitchen.
