Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a talent for multitasking and a keen eye for detail? DATS Engineering is looking for a dedicated Site Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary 12-month contract. This pivotal role is essential to the smooth operation of our business, providing vital support for both payroll and office management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Execute crucial administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork, and ensuring that necessary materials are delivered to the worksite.
* Payroll Assistance: Collect weekly timesheets, update payroll records, and address payroll-related queries to support our payroll team effectively.
* Office Management: Manage site office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and scheduling meetings and site visits.
* Employee Onboarding: Facilitate inductions for new starters, helping them seamlessly integrate into the team.
