The role: This diverse, challenging role will provide you with your first steps into financial services. A great opportunity for someone who is driven, and enthusiastic to gain an extensive introduction into the financial sector. As a Pensions Administrator, you will be a key member of the team providing proactive and extensive administrative support. No pensions experience necessary as all training on-the-job, however experience in an office administrative role is preferred. It will require an organised, logical and numerate individual who works well under pressure, and is able to successfully prioritise a heavy workload. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support for professional development and internal progression opportunities. This is a full time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday role based on site in our Shoreditch office. What will you be doing? Corresponding via email, phone and post with Financial Advisors, Solicitors, Clients and Accountants which will demand excellent communication skills Maintaining the internal database and electronic files Processing financial transactions Providing administration support to the client managers Undertaking mathematical calculations General office & administrative tasks What do you need?
