The Hotel has 170 bedrooms, 8 meeting rooms including the St Annes suite which can cater for up to 250 people What we are looking for from you: Are you someone who enjoys an early start? someone who is totally customer focused to consistently deliver excellent service with informed, friendly and effective approach? Then we want to hear from you as soon as possible. As a Breakfast Chef you will: Be working 5 days out of 7 starting at 5.30am until 1.30pm with two days off together. Be able to work on your own and as part of a team Deliver a buffet style service for our hotel guests to the 'Hilton brand standard' Passion for service and presentation in everything you do Ensure you have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety. Desirable Best if you have previous experience in a similar role Level 3 Food Safety would be an advantage Whats on offer: 40 hours per week, all overtime will be paid.
