Job Description: As a Corporate Tax Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of tax matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions Restructurings International tax planning Cross-border transactions Tax compliance and reporting Tax disputes You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide practical and effective legal advice while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
