Customer Service Admissions Administrator – Leamington Spa - £12-£15 per hour – long term assignment.
Our client is seeking to appoint an Admissions Officer to help a busy and thriving Marketing & Admissions Department to support families through the process of joining schools.
Duties are to be the first point of contact for enquiries from prospective parents, arrange tours for all perspective families interested in a place, arrange specialist staff input where specifically required by families, manage and take responsibility for all aspects of the admissions process, interviews, school visits for all applications to ensure applicants receive a positive impression of the school and that our schools are in the first choice for prospective parents and students in the area, send out offers to successful pupils in a timely fashion as agreed with School senior management in accordance with their wishes. Meet all SLAs with regards to answering enquiries across all platforms and suggest ways to improve services, support admissions events as required, working collaboratively with the marketing team, admissions colleagues and School.
Candidates must be competent in English writing and communication, evidence of a similar background, customer service, computer literate, excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, strong customer focus and ability to provide highest level of customer service to all, professional and organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload, able to use own initiative and solve problems and work well as part of a team.
