We are currently recruiting for Dedicated Technical Trainer for our clients Motorcycle site based in the Woking area. This is a superb opportunity for a Technical Trainer to work for a well-established company & brand. This role suits a Technical Trainer looking for a long-term position.

Role:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs
- Present the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Utilize your technical expertise to provide hands-on training and support to staff.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements
Requirements:
- Proven technical experience, ideally with scooters, motorcycles, or cars.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Previous experience in training or development is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
